Scouter lost permissions

Hi fellow scouter,

An Assistant Scoutmaster in my unit lost access to all permissions in Scoutbook plus. His registration expired on 7/312026. He was able to renew somehow. However, when I try to update his permissions, I get this error:

Unable to find the registration for the given registrationId. - registrationId:

I went on my.scouting this morning and added him as an ASM. He was listed as a committee member. His member ID is 12875646.

On Scoutbook Plus when I go to permissions manager, it shows he expires on 7/31/2026. On my.scouting roster, it shows three expiration dates.

10/31/2027

08/31/2026

07/31/2026

Can you help me, please?

Actually, he has Unit Reports permission according to scout book plus permission manager when I search for his current permissions.

@EdwardKraay - when a registration expires so expires the permissions and that is not a bug that is a reality.

With the 3 dates not matching, reaching out to council to clear up would be the next step.
