Or the Betty enhancement created a more extensive issue as before Betty it worked OK. Anyhow, I’ve reported it.
CHATBOT “Betty” has been fixed (Plus you might note few other enhancements such as four pre-canned questions)
Now when you click on the hyperlink at the bottom of the returned training (first 10 entries) that reads “And xxx more…” in Chrome a new window opens and downloads a CSV of all additional training completed for the person.
