How do I report a problem with the main www.scouting.org BSA website?

The current link to “download current” for the latest version of the cooking merit badge requirements on this page Cooking Merit Badge | Boy Scouts of America does not seem to pull up the correct PDF file. e.g. requirement 5d still shows the old wording.
