Scouts access to Scoutbook and not receiving emails

I can see that my son Ethan (BSA ID 12762157) is linked to my parent account (BSA ID 12757519 / 13104949 I have 2 IDs but not sure why), but he is not able access his Scoutbook account and is not receiving emails. How can this be fixed?


First, your extra SB account has been merged so that is no longer an issue.

Second - in order for your son to access SB or receive emails, you need to invite him to connect. You can do this at the bottom of his Edit Extended Information page in Scoutbook.
