Yes, please I have had a problem with him last year also. I couldn’t put any of his rank in until this year for bear. I have him as a webelos and can’t enter any of his rank as a webelos so yes I will take what ever help you can give me. Thank you so much.

@ClaudineRiley does this scout also live in Indiana? Can you check with Family - it seems Scout is registered there also (or has a Scout with same info.) I assume this is an ended membership from 2024
He only lives is Massachusetts.
@ClaudineRiley so he moved from Indiana like a year ago? I just do not want to mess up another scout - so want to be sure.
@ClaudineRiley ok we think this is 2 scouts the Scoutbook brought together - the DEVs are looking at it to clean it up for us
I’m having the same issue with one of my scouts as well, BSA#141251199 In scouting.org; but disappeared from scoutbook after trying to move him from unassigned, to a specific den within.
@MattDickson yes membership in SB ended in September - wait 24 hours and they will be back - then have a unit admin go to advancements.scouting.org > chooses den and edit . then add the scout to the den
I’m having the same issue with Scout 13370637
They were just transferred over with 2 other scouts, both of whom show up on SB and all 3 in my.scouting.
Is this scout effected by this bug?
@SamanthaR the Bug is fixed - this scout might look current but they are not - in database they are set to IsCurrent=NO - you should talk to council unless they just tranferred within the last 48 hours

I am having this issue with two Scouts who transferred to my unit in the fall (siblings). They paid for their re-registration in December. They show in Scoutbook and on my roster in my.scouting, but are not in my roster in Scoutbook Plus. Their user IDs are 141253221 and 141253257. In Scoutbook, they were re-added as members of their old unit in DC in January automatically, though they also still show as part of our pack there.
@ErinBrown that is fixed - not sure when it will show in SB+ - you might try a log out - and a private or incognito window - or give it 24 hours

I have 8 scouts who appear in our Troop Roster in Scouting.org but they have disappeared in Scoutbook. Our charter has been renewed and everyone has been paid for.
I was in touch with our local Council about this issue. They could not solve it and they recommended I post here. Here are their BSA id #'s:

Your Council could have fixed this by syncing positions in VST.
