Scouts disconnected again, so I can't print a full roster

I used the “reassign Scouts” button in patrol view to move 4 new Scouts into their patrols. Once again, this action caused them to lose their connection to me. I am their Scoutmaster (key 3), so this shouldn’t be occurring. I need to print a troop roster in the next few days to take to summer camp. Please reconnect them.

First, go you your admin role and click update without making any changes and see if that reconnects you. If not I recommend asking another unit admin 2 keys on roster to connect them to you. Alternately you can send an e-mail to Scoutbook.support@scouting.org and ask them to make the connection. None of the volunteers that monitor the forums can do this for you.
