Hello,

I have a couple of parents that no longer have access to the email address that they signed up with so they cannot retrieve their username or password. How do I help them to access their accounts to change their email addresses?

@AmandaMilsho - they can actually sign on to scoutbook using their old email address and password then they can go to their account from the dashboard and change all of it from there.

I think the problems is that they cannot remember their password and cannot get logged in.

Please have them send an e-mail to Scoutbook support at:

scoutbook.support@scouting.org

explaining the situation and providing identifying information (names, BSA ID # if known, unit number, council name, etc.).
