How do we fix scouts not showing up in scoutbook plus? The scouts show up in scoutbook but they are in the wrong den. When i go to reassign them, they, along with other scouts, arent showing in scoutbook plus.

They are twins and in scoutbook it says not approved. Their mom went in and did the transfer but they dont show in scoutbook plus.

OK @CassandraLane Issue is the Scouts are not Registered in your unit - they need to apply - Key 3 can look at my.scouting.org for Real Roster

Thank you. She said they did it but then messaged me that she put them in the wrong den. They judt havent been approved yet so they cant be moved. Thank you for the help.
@CassandraLane - are you stating that their applications in my.scouting.org have not been approved?
@CassandraLane I would recommend that one of your pack’s Key 3 (Cubmaster, Committee Chair, Chartered Org. Rep.) check the Application Manager at my.Scouting to see if these Scouts have a pending application. But as of right now, they are still registered with the former pack with an expiration date of 11/30 and in the grace period.

A parent putting a scout in Scoutbook means nothing - you need a Youth application for your unit - either a paper one or an online from beascout.scouint.org
The issue has been resolved, I think. I was able to get a key 3 member to approve them.
