Scout's merit badges not showing up in reports

I can see his most recent Merit Badges when I’m in his personal on-line page in Scoutbook, but the Troop Recognition Report does not show any Merit Badges for him since 01/01/2025.

Also, his Individual Advancement Report shows two of his Merit Badges from January 2025, but the third one (Crime Prevention) is not shown, although Coin Collecting is shown in two locations.

What can I do to correct this?

@JosephMueller4 those MBs are not APPROVED in the system - a unit leader needs to Approve the MB, they are only marked complete
