Scouts showing up on roster, but not on clickable attendance list

I was doing attendance for meetings.

On Sept 11 my whole troop is there

On Sept 18 I am missing 5 scouts.

They are still on SB plus roster, but not in the clickable attendance list.

any help welcome!

Since scouts/scouters now have the potential to “expire” throughout the year (rather than just once a year at recharter time), have you checked the official roster at my.scouting to verify that their registration is current?

If you’d like the SUAC to look into it, you need to post the Scouting America Member IDs for the individual scouts who are missing (no names, please!) so they can investigate.

It is funny because it is 5 from one patrol, and I think they are all still on calendar year renewal.

@ColleenTrevisani In Legacy SB is that Patrol Approved? Admin can go to Legacy > Patrol > click Edit Patrol and see if it is approved

I can check but it is only half of the patrol missing

And they are Invited to the event?

Not sure what happened - went into event - and only 28 were invited, but while in there all 33 show up.

Not sure why Sept 11 and18 would have been different- was set up as recurring event with all same settings.

I was able to update the future series to include all invitees. Thanks again for the quick help!
