Scouts unable to log into Scoutbook

We have two Scouts that are unable to log into Scoutbook.

As a first pass, do you know if the parents have invited them to connect to their accounts and they’ve accepted the invitation? I’m pretty sure that, absent that step, they won’t be able to log-in to their accounts.

The first one logged in March of this year - the other one Feb of 22

Hmm, The first one tried just a few days ago and the second one about a week ago. She was trying to print out the Eagle Application. She is a dual troop scout. Is there a way to rest their passwords?

Click the bot icon in the lower right of the my.scouting.org login screen.
