Search for Exiting User to make New Leader Fails to Find User

I am attempting to make a parent a leader for a den. Other parents I am able to search for them using the BSA Member ID and assign them a position. This parent is not found (137361599). Am I doing something wrong? The site says Paul last visited 26 days ago, so I assume this is an active account. Thanks.

It sounds like that person is not officially registered with a Leader position. All parents have MIDs, but not all are registered with Criminal background checks. They need to fill out a Adult leader application

Thanks. I wasn’t aware of this. I’ll check with our Pack leader to make sure this has been completed.
