Searching for users limited to 10 results

I’m trying to add an existing user as a parent and when I search by name, it only lists 10 results. If I try to search by email, I get nothing.

@LatnerG is the individual already connected to the Scout as a leader? Have you checked that?

Yes. He is officially registered as the den leader and is the leader of the den in scoutbook that his son is a part of.

Go to Scout profile (or dad) > Go to Connection > find the Connection > open it > check the PARENT checkbox

It did not find as new connection cause it is not a new connection - they are already connected
