I’m in the Five Rivers Council. Today when I try to send message to Units it errors out when going from preview to send. This is sending at Council level to Troops and Crews and all members.
I wonder if you’d be able to try sending to a smaller subset of your council to see if that still errors out?
That worked. I sent to one district at a time. Any idea why Council level isn’t working?
Are you getting a Whoops error or something else?
Keep in mind, currently Scoutbook e-mail is not being received by users of several e-mail systems. We believe comcast.com, hotmail.com, and Apple e-mail domains (icloud.com, me.com and mac.com) are failing.
