From the BSA, if you hare having trouble completing training (ex: the videos hang) while using Chrome try the following:
Step 1: Make sure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top-right, click

- Click About Google Chrome and select update if needed or Google Chrome will indicate you are up to date.
Step 2: Disable Hardware acceleration
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top-right, click
. - Go to the settings.
- Scroll down to Advanced
- Under System - “Use hardware acceleration when available - Turn off - Select Relaunch

- Open the course and again and the video should play
This should allow the video to play. If it does not please call member care by calling 972-580-2489 and provide the following information:
- Device you are using
- PC Windows Version or Mac Operating System
