Ssoutbook user in different council

Adult is registered correctly in unit, trying to sync everything because he is not showing up in Scoutbook for the unit, and I’m receiving an error that SB user is in a different council, even though it is showing correct council 388, Greater Hudson Valley. Can you connect his SB ID to council 388? Thank you.

@JoyLabudzinski ok I will set up a 24 hour sync - the Unit chair ended the membership today it seems

@JoyLabudzinski you could achieve the same using VST

I did a sync and also di Match to SB, but that’s where I got the error that SB user was in a different council.

@JoyLabudzinski hmmmmmmmmmm - never seen that error - do you have a safe screen shot to share? The Council in SB is 388

I thought it strange as well because it shows his SBID connected to 388.
