System failure (77)

I am the Advancement Chair for two linked units and I am no longer able to run/build reports in Scoutbook (or Scoutbook Plus for that matter) under the Report Builder Designer. When I try, I get an “System failure (77)” error.

I checked to make sure that my functional role is still set in my.scouting.org and yep it is.

My Member ID is 140711871.

@MeghanJellema - I just tried report builder and it opened for me.

I am getting the same message. I can’t add adventure achievements for the boys who did things over the summer. Just says system failure.
