You are probably going to have to do the 90 minute course again complete through the test. The restart option doesn’t seem to have worked for many. Otherwise, contact your Training Chair or Commissioner, or registration team to see if they have any way to help reset you.

Unlike the previous few days when I went to the course and it wanted to go to the refresher, I just tried it again per the above “start over” and it went to the resume prompt, and I was able to take and pass the exam. There were changes made to both SYT trainings today it seems to improve function and not allow for the mistake of someone who had not done the full course taking the refresher.
