I have a parent whose name is NAME REMOVED. I don’t have a BSA number. His application number is 201975529. He has taken SYT training. I’m trying to see in the system that it is fully completed. But, I don’t know where to look.
@StevenMurray2 - the user can log into my.scouting.org and get the member number for you - or council can help you
@StevenMurray2 If you have access to the Application Manager at my.Scouting, you can click on Download Application to get the Member ID. The Application Manager should also say if the user’s SYT is active (current) or not, and give the expiration date.
If you need more information, you can use the chatbot (“Betty”) to do a “YPT Status Check” or “Training History”.
