My older Cub Scout is missing the Rank and current adventures portion scoutbook plus. How can I fix?

but if you log in as scout is it messed up? if so I would try an incognito window to see if it is a cache issue.
@EllisParfitt - i do note that the icon for your older scout is the BSA icon rather than the pack icon.
The registration is current and the scout is in the proper den ?
