There are two users, using my same email address

Hello,

When I login to Scout book it says… it says “warning, another user is using the same e-mail address.” This is indeed unexpected.

This is the correct me: 7343474

Is this something you could fix for me?

Additionally, when sending a message to the troop there is a Parent listed as my name twice, once with both my boys and once with only one of my boys. Can we remove the one that only has one of my boys listed?
