Training Manager, When you run the trained leader report, then select summary, that report fails to run. I use this report for my district. District Commissioner
Amy - we need some additional information. At what level (unit, district, council, area, etc.) were you running the report? I just did a test myself and I was able to generate the summary report after running the trained leader report, which is why I ask.
Second, are you using a private browsing window in your browser? (Highly recommended when accessing My.Scouting.)
I am trying to run the report for my district. I am the District Commissioner, and I ran one the beginning of this month to announce the 100% trained units at our RT. I can select individual units and run the trained leader report and then select the summary and it works for individual units. But when I select the district, I can only run the trained leader report, when I select the summary, I get this message. Failed to run report.
I am in the system on a daily basis, I always clear my history and have always had great success over the years. This would have been something I would have reported through Jira.

Amy - see the e-mail I sent you in response to the same question you sent to the Commissioner Service team. Bottom line… the report seems to be working from my perspective.
Amy - when I see the message “Failed to run report” - the quickest way I have solved this in the past is to log off and log back on again, and re-run the report.
But, as with Rick, I was able to run the summary for my District just fine.
BTW - if you use a private browsing window you alleviate the need to clear cache, as none is stored.
