Unit Commissioner here. Very often when I attempt to run the training reports in the afternoon and evening (Pacific Time), the reports do not run, and the new window opened just shows a blank screen. This also happens on weekends. Seeing this now at 3:39 p.m. PST on Sunday 11/3/2024.
It might be a timeout issue. Try logging out at my.Scouting, then log back in again.
@JenniferOlinger - i noticed the same issue today when running any teaining reports from my.scouting.org. i just get a white page. That is for just my units as CC
@Stephen_Hornak Training reports are working for me.
Are you having issues with any particular report?
@JenniferOlinger - it was any and all reports from training manager. I will try again later or Monday. I at first thought it was unhappy with firefox.
Yeah, it was working ok for me at the unit level earlier, but I don’t have access to the district/commish tools.
Verified that the unit level reports are working again. Odd occurrence.
I have seen this on all reports at times. Today it was the Baloo report.
After a long wait, over 30 minutes of doing something else, it finally showed up.
If I had not left the window open, I would have missed it.
