Transfer between units, says scouts not paid

Trying to transfer two scouts (twins). Parents have receipts showing Scouts renewed same day. Scout ID 13741442 P. W. shows transferred but does not show paid.

Second brother also P. W. 13647995 shows paid but doesn’t transfer. SM has tried multiple times. Also, 13647995 shows his 12 year old older brother also P. W. as a parent/guardian. Needs brother removed from account.

All three boys have same initials. They are crossing over from 503 to 521 Can you help?

13741442 is Council 560 - and expires in like 2 weeks - 13647995 shows the same.

so it is not 503 or 521 - all these questions is a reach out to council first. They can figure payment status and clean relationships

503 and 521 were the units p-503 to t-521

Oh - well then both are in the Pack - not troop

13741442 is in the Troop - with a 2/28/26 expire
13647995 is in the Pack with same date

Talked to council and they stated the transfer issue for 13647995 may require a reset?

If they are parent of another scout that could cause issues as well

Just checked my.scouting.org for both says active renewal. What is strange is one was allowed to transfer and the other was not.

Is it possible since it is in the grace period the system is locked up?
