Does the Transfer In feature in my.scouting work for out-of-council transfers? I see conflicting information here on the forums. I am troop CC, trying to transfer in a Scout who moved across the country and is joining us. Mom tried to transfer him to us herself, and got errors. When I try to do it, it’s saying member not found. Mom swears the member ID and DOB she gave me is correct.

Is there any way for me to verify that the member ID she gave me is the correct one for this Scout?

@MelissaRoder It’s probably not working for the parent, because she is logging in to the Scout’s account at my.Scouting. She needs to log in to her own parent account.

She has Google sign in turned on, so she needs to log in at my.Scouting with the “Sign in with Google” button, her Google name, and her Google password.
