Two WEBELOS crossed over and I am trying to transfer them into our Troop in SB using the “Transfer In Scout” button. I completed all of the information and hit search but receive an error that reads “We could not find a matching scout”
Well then you likely have wrong data. The Parents or Pack can use my.scouting.org to officially transfer the Scouts, doing it in Scoutbook is not official.
