Transfer not appearing on Scoutbook Roster / profile problems

We have a Scout who transferred from another council. I was able to work with him to log into his my.Scouting and set his new Gulf Stream Council member ID as primary, which enabled us to enter his rank advancements in ScoutBook Plus, where he appears on our roster. However, he still does not appear in our ScoutBook roster and we cannot assign him to a patrol. Further, his ScoutBook Plus profile does not show any advancements details. member ID is 141848519. Thanks in advance!

Patrol assignments should be done in SB+ at this point, rather than classic Scoutbook. Maybe one of the SUAC volunteers can comment on why prior advancement isn’t appearing. Do you know if the application was processed by the council as a transfer from the prior council or as a new scout?

Same result. An error message reads “User not found for given user ID” when I try to assign him to a patrol in ScoutBook Plus. His profile also still does not show his advancement information.

You have even approved things on the SB Profile

Yes - I was able to add and approve advancements via the “To Record” feature.

When you edit the patrol in scoutbook Plus, do you not see his name as an available scout? You are troop 13, right?
