Transfer Scout Not Showing Up Scoutbook

Hi Team,

We have a transfer Scout from another state that is not showing up in Scoutbook.
From the myscouting site he is connected to our org.

Here is his BSA ID: 14431500

Our Pack information:
Pack 0545 in Broomfield CO

Can someone help get him into our Scoutbook instance.
