I have a transfered leader MID 141715251 who moved to another unit in another council. They are not on my.scouting roster but they are still on my SB+ roster. My council registrar said we don’t have that MID in our council so they can’t move it. Who or how can I get the rest of his MID moved to Lincoln Heritage Council Pack 155 in SB+ and my.scouting?
@TJCline I have closed the user’s positions in your council. You also might want to clean old connections in Scoutbook (legacy).
I have a similar issue where I’m trying to change out our Advancement Chair with a new adult leader (replacing 14091134 with 14172772) for a week now. I set the outgoing leader’s expiration date in my.scouting.org the day of last Tuesday. But the leader is just staying the position greyed out as expired, but blocking the replacement from being put in. I’ve ensured the position was removed using the advancements.scouting.org site as well, but it’s not opening the position up to get the new leader in. How do I get this fixed? Greatly appreciate any help.
