Transferring my scouts and myself to a new troop

It’s the same error the original post was regarding. She has had it for both of her Cub Scouts.

We are seeing this with pretty much every Scout that is trying to transfer this year. The latest one with this issue is member ID 14266428.

I have worked with my previous local council and she basically shrugged it off as not her problem and to reach out to National. I ha e sne them an email. Also have been in contact with the Transatlantic Council and they are seeing what they can do on their end. Very frustrating.

You as a volunteer cannot reach out to National. Councils are responsible for all end member support. Only a Council can open a ticket with BSA member care.

@SadieWhaley Could you try again, please? Your Scoutbook account was associated with the wrong BSA member ID number and council.

I tried again and still the same error code. Now on my scoutbook it’s saying one of my scout’s accounts is about to expire. None of mine are due until December and one in June/July.

@SadieWhaley Could you provide the exact steps you are following when trying to transfer your Scouts?
