Treasurer unable to access Payment Log

I am the troop’s treasurer and I am no longer able to access the Payment Log function.
The Scoutbook administrator in my troop said she shows that I am connected to all scouts and a key 3 admin. I reached out to Scoutbook Support and they tried updating my record but that didn’t help. Any advice on who I should talk to or how to get view and editing capabilities for the Payment Log? Mahalo!

It looks like you have 2 BSA member numbers. Try asking one of your Key 3 to check the Member Manager at my.scouting.org and find your BSA member number associated with your troop.

Then you log in to my.scouting.org, click on:

Menu → Manage Member ID

and add that member number and make it “primary”.

Then, log in at Scoutbook, and go to:

My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → Switch SSO Profile

and make sure everything matches up.

Then go to your Edit Profile page, and make sure that your council and district are up to date.

If that doesn’t help, please contact your local council for help with retiring the second member number.
