Have a parent that created an account. However, when I search for the parent with name, BSA ID, email, city, and state to add them as a connection to the scout’s account, it does not find them. The BSA # for the parent is 141386186 (REMOVED). I’m trying to connect her to her son REMOVED (BSA #141001765) so she can see his progress and the troop calendar.
The forum is world readable, so you should avoid providing names and other PII. BSA IDs (without names) are generally enough for the SUAC to assist.
In this case, if the mom has an account, she can login to Scoutbook with the same credentials she used to create the account and connect to her scout as a parent/guardian from her My Connections page:
Scoutbook → My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → My Connections
