Trying to get all adventures earned for AOL scouts

This scout transferred to us from another circle ten unit, but I can’t see his adventures so his parents can add his stripes to his arrow. Can you help?
BSA ID is 13722327.

Elaine Peters sent him a personal sheet, but it doesn’t show the things completed either. My report only shows things done in our unit.

All we need is a BSA Member ID. We never need the Scout’s name or other personal information.

@WendyMinor-Finch if the old unit did not enter them (which it appears they did not) that is up to your unit to figure out how you want to handle it

You could ask the family or unit leaders from his old unit, they may still have records.

Is there a chance that he had 2 numbers? It doesn’t look like it because the days of being connected and his previous units information is there. Just asking.

Yes, I asked him if he had any of the awards, we could work backwards for him.

We checked the databases and there is only one ID for him. As Donovan said it appears his former pack did not enter any advancement into Scoutbook or submit an advancement form to the Scout Shop for the Council to record.
