Hello, I have a couple of Parent accounts that need to be merged, they have 2 profiles now that they are leaders in the system.

Hello, I’m looking to merge training records. Currently using
BSA#137305345
User ID# 11680663
Looking to combine training records so the training completed under BSA#13730941 can be merged. Is this possible? Thank you for your help.
@SusanDuenas Manage Member ID will do that - log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials
Thank you. The second BSA # ending in 0941 is already listed as secondary. Classroom training that was completed earlier in 2021 was recently entered under #13730941. I was hoping to be able to see all training completed when logging in under current BSA # ending in 5345 with different council.
@SusanDuenas Sometimes you have to make one number “primary”, wait 24 hours, and then make the other number “primary”.
Check now to see if your training has merged onto 137305345.
