Two Member IDs for Scout

Hello,

A Scout in our unit is listed on our unit roster in my.Scouting and Advancement.scoutbook.org with member ID 13528683 - Transatlantic Council.

Parent reached out and stated that they see member ID 141572041 listed for the Scout when they log into my.Scouting. They tried to add member ID 13528683 but received an error message. Please see screen capture attached.

Could you assist?

@4Scouts The parents got an error message because:

  1. Day of birth does not match between the two member ID numbers.
  2. Middle name does not match (one is blank).

I have fixed what I can and merged the Scoutbook accounts.

If the DOB needs to be corrected, the local council can fix that with their Registrar Tools.
