Unable to add child to scoutbook

My member ID is 110117945, I am trying to get my son access to log into SB, his id is 133564385. I have searched through the forums and have had no luck. It appears that he has a my.scouting.org account already, when I go into his profile is SB Plus, I do not see a button to invite him to join. What am I missing?

@MattTooley1- if he has a my.scouting account, he should log in with those credentials.
