I have connected a parent to her scouts. But I an unable to add her as a Leader in cub scout pack. She is a registered adult, with a near by troop. I have searched by name, email and BSAID, but I receive the following error message, “No record found that satisfies the search criteria.”
Please post the BSA member number (no names) and we can take a look.

It looks like the reason you are having issues is because the troop’s charter has ended, and the local council has not yet processed the troop’s recharter.
I would recommend waiting until the recharter has been fully processed and then add her as a registered adult leader with your pack (multiple unit registration).
