Unable to Add My Account to the Pack

I have two scout accounts…

  1. As a Parent who is linked to my child
    BSA Member # - NONE
    UserID - 2484476

  2. As a Registered Scout Leader
    BSA Member # - 12899934
    UserID - 10379486

My parent account was how I logged into Scoutbook for everything, including having pack admin status since i’m an assistant cub master now. This account no longer has a BSA Member ID and was archived on April 12th for not being a registered parent.

So I logged into my wife’s account (she’s committee char) to try and add myself as a leader but my second account doesn’t show up in the search for existing users. Now I’m completely locked out and can’t admin anything

Any help out there!?! Scoutbook has been a nightmare for our pack this year.

J.D., I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.

When you log in to Scoutbook, please make sure you log in with your my.scouting username and password.
