Unable to add participants in activity logs

@jeicjackson, did you get a solution? I am having the same issue with “No Data” and the information shared in this thread doesn’t spell out an obvious solution.

As of right now, no. I sent the info above to my CC, but I haven’t spoken with him if he’s had the chance to look at my permissions.

@JonathanGandy1 you likely need the activity create/remove/edit/approve permission.

I have the same issue, it shows “No Data” when I go to add Activity Logs.

Here is my current permissions:

@mitchelr- you do not have permission for activity logs it would seem

Did you get a fix around? I am having the same issues since October and nothing they give me helps.

You are Unit Advancement Chair and Committee Member. Neither of those positions give you permission to edit activity logs.

the scoutmaster said he went in and gave me the permissions. This is the screenshot he sent me but I still don’t have access.

In that video, the presenter has a tab on the left titled “permissions manager” which doesn’t exist when I log in. When I enter the web address displayed on the video (Scoutbook Plus), the login rejects my credentials.

@jacobfetzer Where should I see those permissions or roles? They don’t exist in permissionsManager.

The tab is only visible for Key 3 (CC,COR or CM/SM/advisor/skipper) or Key 3 Delegates. If you fall into one of those two categories, you should automatically have full access and don’t need your permissions added. If not, you won’t be able to see the tab, and one of the Key 3/Key 3 Delegates needs to make the change for you.

Hello. I am a key 3 (I’m Committee Chairman) and i’m still getting the “NO DATA” error when trying to add scouts to service hours event. HELP

@RyanSermersheim- have you tried a hard refresh of the browser session ?

This was a brand new session, I logged in this morning to do service hours over the weekend. It seems that IA crashed shortly after I posted this first comment. I’ll try again and report back. Thanks!
