Unable to change wrong e-mail address in Scoutbook

For reasons unknown, one of Troop Leaders had their email address changed in Scoutbook to [changeyouremail@scoutbook.com].

The individual has tried signing onto Scoutbook and changing, however an error message bounces back stating that the Email address is in use.

Any Solutions?
