Unable to find scout in Send message

Hi,

I have a scout which is already linked to his parent. His BSA id is 14557275.

I am able to see everything except send message to him.

His current troop is Troop 10B. And I can see he still have membership in his old troop.

Not sure if this is the reason why we can’t send message to him.

@Keen_HonWong - the parents would need to invite the scout to connect then they neec to log in to show up in the list.
