Unable to Log into Forums

My husband is unable to log into the forums with his account. He has no issue logging into my.scouting, scoutbook, or scoutbook plus. He is receiving and error that says “The change you wanted was rejected.”

Have him try again. I think with the number of Member IDs he has had, the forums had an old account and couldn’t create a new one with the new Member ID because Discourse requires unique addresses.
