Unable to register online because of countryId is undefined

We’ve tried on multiple browsers and computers. This happens when we go through the flow to register online for our unit and then select “yes” for having a my.scouting.org account. From there we try to log in with her credentials (which we’ve already verified is correct).

It looks like there is an undefined countryId on her account, which makes me think something on her account is messed up?

@Matt Please post the user’s BSA member ID number, and we can take a look.

@Matt ok I am guessing she is using the email user name - she has one (firstinitial)(lastname) with same BSA# that has a country entered for it

She logged into her account and verified the country is USA. So I’m not sure why she is unable to follow through with registration?

It is hard to say as we cannot see Country everywhere - that is a first guess

@Matt When she logs back in again at my.Scouting, ask her to go to “My Profile” and double check her:

to make sure they are correct. It looks like the phone number is missing the U.S. indicator at the front (in front of the zip code).

That works thank you! Do you know how she can fix her date of birth? She mentioned that it’s incorrect on her account.
