Unable to renew youth

*4) Browser cache has been cleared - YES
*5) Council - Crossroads of America
Member ID - 140363803
Trying to renew youth Member ID’s 14593748 and 141046415

I have read the instructions provided in myscouting for renewal but I am unable to complete the renewal because I do not have the notifications bell on the top bar. I would prefer to have my two sons attached to my ID 140363803.

@AmandaSchaumberg ******415 is attached to that MID - but does not expire till 7/31/25
***********748 is attached to a Fathers Account and does expire 12/31/24 - so he could log in and do it

I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number
