Scout 135595115 is not able to send and receive emails through scoutbook. She is the SPL now and it is really dampening her spirits. Any suggestions on why?

No she does not show up in send message section.
@TierraJones that scout does not have a log in account - they can follow these instructions - then log into Scoutbook

@TierraJones In addition, in order for Scouts to receive messages, they must have logged into Scoutbook at least once. After they do that, they should show up in Scoutbook’s send message section.
This particular Scout has a different e-mail address in my.Scouting vs. Scoutbook. Things usually work best when the e-mail is the same in both systems. If needed, she should be able to update her e-mail when she creates her my.Scouting account.
Hi, I would like to ask for advise. Apparently when creating the account I clicked a box regarding emails and now Im not able to receive any emails from the den leader. If someone can please advise me on how can i fix it
It sounds like you may have accidentally toggled the email Opt Out. There are instructions here for re-setting that to permit emails.

@CathyRivas You will need to log in to Scoutbook (legacy) at:
https://scoutbook.scouting.org
Then you should be able to follow the directions that Charley provided to opt in to e-mails from Scoutbook (legacy) and Scoutbook Plus.
