Unable to transfer scout from pack 78 > troop 78

I am getting an error when trying to transfer a scout in. Council says that they show expired registration however the date that I am able to see shows they don’t expire until next year.

Looks like the Scout has a hanging renewal in the PAck that is probably the issue

The parent accidentally registered them for the pack. What does the pack need to do to fix the renewal? They are a new family

Talk to council I would guess - I bet pack can do nothing

The renewal status says “submitted”, so the pack might be able to approve the renewal on their Roster (my.Scouting).

but submitted 3/24 so I bet it is in limbo
