Unable to transfer scout to new council

I am the SM for T303F in the Transatlantic council and am attempting to transfer in a scout (ID: 141638371). The scout was previously in the Far East council.

I attempted to transfer the scout to the troop but receive the error: "Member Not Found

We were not able to retrieve information from the memberId"

Can I get help in transferring this scout to the troop?

@StephenWillson2 The Scout can’t be transferred for 2 reasons:

  1. The Scout’s registration is expired.
  2. The Scout’s “Relationships” are messed up. Far East Council’s Registrar needs to fix the Scout’s relationships with their Registrar Tools.

Do we need to get the scout’s relationships fixed before the re-registration?

@StephenWillson2 My recommendation would be to get the Scout’s relationships fixed first. Then have them register in the new council.
