I can enter comments but when I hit submit I get the error message above.
The mobile app has not been updated to work properly with the new Cub Scout program. We recommend using the Scoutbook Plus site at https://advancements.scouting.org
Is there a timeline for how long it will take to make these updates? I have the same problem, and want to give guidance to folks.
Also is there a quick way for a den leader to log parts of an adventure across all the members of a den or do they have to go into each cub scout’s profile individually?

BSA does not release time frames for updates - my advise is use the website or they can make a Web App for the webpage on their phones

Hi Stephen, thanks for your quick responses. We’ll make do regarding the app and yes create a Web apps for the page.
As for the adventures logging, thanks for the info, however what if I want to log a partial adventure? e.g. we just did bobcat for our lion den, but they need to complete the final portion on their own. Is there any way for me to log all the other parts of the adventure for each attendee quickly without logging the full adventure? I suspect your answer will be “no”, so I should just send the web app instructions and ask the parents to log their adventures independently.

I just picked one adventure that was aol bobcat… but it is the same type of thing for all levels and adventure
