When in the unit page of Scoutbook, when I click on the “Pack Forum” link at the bottom it takes me to the legacy forum. Are there plans to identify the legacy and current unit forums, like on the Scoutbook home page?

I noticed this too. When the link to the new forms gets added, it would be nice if was able to pass us through from SB to the new forums, and we were NOT asked to re-enter login credentials at that time.

The developers are investigating why in some cases users are being asked to enter login credentials in the forums and/or my.scouting.org. Neither should request credentials when the user is logged in to Scoutbook.

It would be most beneficial if the link from scoutbook would go directly to the unit forum (category to use the Discourse lingo) instead of the current default of the top most categories. Even better would be to have the unit’s category directly accessible from within scoutbook by utilizing some of the API’s they have.

This looks like it’s been fixed. The link from Scoutbook dumped me directly into my unit forum here at Discourse. Is it still sending other folks to the legacy forums?
The unit forum link was fixed on Thursday and announced in the Change Log category
