When accessing a unit through the my.scouting app I can pull up their unit organization dashboard, but the membership section is showing all zeros. Going to the my.scouting website on my phone and repeating the same process, I can see the membership numbers (albeit not formatted for a mobile phone). Is this a know issue of a broken code, section of the app in progress, or something else? Thanks! I’ve included screen shots below of the same unit in the app vs website on my phone.
This issue needs to be reported via your Council staff.
